Early last summer the economic downturn came to pay me a personal visit. My position as a Managing Web Editor was suddenly gone, along with a good portion of an already floundering stock portfolio. As a mother of three, with my oldest heading off to college next fall, you could say I have a keen interest in money.

So I decided to take my writing and web experience and start a blog with a focus on “Ideas, Inspiration and Information for moms who want to make money.”  While most of my post will have a focus on making money, I am the kind of gal that just can’t keep a good thing to myself, so I’ll be sharing other interesting and useful things that I discover along the way.

Besides we all know there is more to life than just money. Right?
